These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pmbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pmbet.cam and all associated content, tools, information and services offered thereon.

pmbet is an English-language online betting information and education platform designed for adult users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where accessing such content is lawfully permitted. Prohibited Conduct

Standard Bonus Conditions

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, pmbet expressly disclaims liability for:

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers and limitation of liability — shall survive accordingly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pmbet is registered and operates. Users accessing this Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

pmbet reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We may also, where reasonably practicable, provide notice of significant changes through Platform announcements or other appropriate means.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
